The first point of contact for many enquirers will be our telephone helpline on:

The helpline is open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9.30am to 5.00pm. Staffed by experienced Cruse volunteers.
Our experienced, trained volunteers are able to listen and speak with you. You can discuss with them further what type of support would help you to move forward.
If you decide to take one to one support, our telephone volunteer will take details for you to go on to our waiting list if you wish. and during this time, you can contact the telephone helpline whenever needed.
