Craven and Bradford Area: Training
Craven and Bradford Area of Cruse offers training to all volunteers and also external workers in the field of bereavement. We aim to carry out at least one ABC course each year to maintain our number of volunteers to client ratio.

Awareness in Bereavement Care training course
Dates - the course will take place on Saturdays, see dates below, 9 30am -12 30pm and after a short lunch break, 1pm – 4pm – please note that it will be necessary to bring a packed lunch.
12th March 2016, 19th March 2016, 9th April 2016, 16th April 2016, 7th May 2016, 18th June 2016, 2nd July 2016, 16th July 2016
Please note that it is compulsory to attend each of the first five sessions in order to pass the course. Post course interviews will take place after 7th May 2016 and if successful, it will be compulsory to attend the further three sessions which will be held on 18th June, 2nd July and 16th July 2016, prior to starting supervision and being inducted into the Area to begin client work.
Venue is Central Hall, Alice Street, Keighley, BD21 3JD (see link) Car parking – there is no on-site parking but there is Scott Street Car Park nearby which is inexpensive. http://www.central-hall.com
