Yet for some companies, this is a fairly common occurrence. Our workshops will help staff and managers to make a caring and professional response, which can significantly enhance the quality of service and support given.

Bespoke Training for Organisations
Cruse can provide bespoke courses tailored to the specific needs of an organisation. For more than 50 years Cruse has been committed to helping bereaved people understand their loss and cope with their grief. We draw on this experience to develop our training. Cruse is able to provide training to organisations across the public, private and voluntary sectors. The organisation is consulted by all relevant government departments and by other organisations whose policies affect bereaved people.
