TRAINING AND consultancy services

In any business environment, even staff who are confident and competent in their interactions with clients can find themselves feeling very apprehensive when confronted by a bereaved client or colleague. Yet for some companies, this is a fairly common occurrence and a caring but professional response can significantly enhance the quality of service and support given.

For almost 50 years Cruse has been committed to helping bereaved people understand their loss and cope with their grief. We have used this experience to develop our comprehensive training programme. Cruse is able to provide training to organisations across the public, private and voluntary sectors. The organisation is consulted by all relevant government departments and by other organisations whose policies affect bereaved people.

One Day Loss and Bereavement Workshop (London)
29 May
26 June

Cruse’s One Day Introductory Loss and Bereavement Workshop is designed for individuals from all professions who would like to develop their knowledge and skills in the field of bereavement. The workshop is held in London on a number of dates; the cost is £141.00 per person (including VAT) and includes all training materials, lunch and refreshments. It is very popular so do book early.

Bespoke Training for Organisations
Cruse can provide bespoke courses tailored to the specific needs of an organisation. We have a dynamic team of trainers at our disposal, who are qualified with the necessary skills to develop and deliver training to a diverse range of organisations. In all cases, we discuss your organisations particular needs with you before planning the course and identifying a suitable trainer..
