Cruse Bereavement Care in Lambeth is seeking to appoint a part-time Administrator for 12 hours a week.

Salary:  £7,108 pa (including L/Weighting) (full time equivalent = £17,333pa for 35 hours)
12 month contract

This post is to increase the paid administration support for the Branch. Ideally, the 12 hours per week would be 4 hours x 3 mornings, based in the Lambeth Cruse Office in Waterloo. The main focus of the job is to provide sound administrative support to underpin the work of the branch, answering phone calls/responding to messages, ensuring the system for referring clients is efficient, and capturing all data on the Cruse Information Service (CIS). Previous background in the voluntary sector would be an advantage. Sound computer and organisational skills are essential. Supporting, encouraging and developing skills of volunteers who are supporting bereaved adults and children in Lambeth will be an important part of the job.
