The new strategy for Cruse Bereavement Care, Bereaved People First, will transform how we support bereaved people and how we run the organisation.
We are recruiting a Change Programme Manger to support the implementation of our new strategy. You will be responsible for leading a programme management office function to ensure successful implementation of the Cruse strategy and the associated change management programme. You will also be directly managing specific projects that contribute to the strategy.
You will have experience of running large projects and manging change in charities. You’ll have a “can do” attitude to work and will combine great project management skills with excellent communication skills.
This is a Fixed Term 12-month contract for maternity cover, 35 hpw.
