Cruse Bereavement Care is the largest UK Bereavement Charity providing specialist telephone, email website and one to one bereavement support for adults, children and young people.

This is an exciting time at Cruse. We want to help more bereaved people in a way that works for them and to achieve this the charity is under-going significant transformation. 

The Helpline, at the heart of the changes is seeking a Helpline Services Manager who will manage the day-to-day running of the service and with the Head of Service will lead and support staff and volunteers through this period of change and beyond.

You are highly organised and an excellent communicator and this makes you motivational and results focused. Managing a disperse workforce of staff and volunteers, this job will give you the opportunity to use your significant experience in operational management in a call centre/helpline environment to make a difference in the lives of bereaved people.

Salary: £ 32,000 + OLW/ILW TBC subject to location
Hours: 35 hours per week
