Cruse Bereavement Care is the largest UK Bereavement Charity providing specialist website, telephone, email and face to face, (online during covid times) bereavement support for adults, children and young people.

We have a vacancy for a Community Manager. This role will be a key member of the communications and digital team working closely with the service team to develop, launch and manage an online community.  This community will provide a safe and inclusive space for bereaved people to access peer to peer support online.

The successful candidate will work with the Digital Lead, Digital Marketing and Product Officer and wider Comms Team to:

  • Develop an online community engagement strategy for bereaved people 
  • Deliver our digital transformation goals 
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and new community attributes 

Salary: £35k (pro rata 28 hours)
Hours: 28 hours per week

The post is office based however due to COVID restrictions, staff are currently working from home.
