Hours: 30hrs per week, fixed term for six Months with possibility of extension or other employment opportunities.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Service Manager to ensure high standards of quality are maintained during a period of restructuring within Cruse nationally.

You will have experience of management in the voluntary sector and of staff & volunteer supervision.  Your role will encompass all aspects of service management including assessment of training needs, preparation of statistical reports for funders and oversight of budgets.

You must be prepared to work flexibly and provide some cover during mid-week evenings. We can offer a welcoming environment within a small staff team, with a pool of skilled volunteers and lovely city centre premises.

As Cruse is currently undertaking a restructuring, the role will be an initial six month contract, with possibility of extension or further employment opportunities.
