Pension scheme
Group Personal Pension Scheme

- Total 10% contribution (based on qualifying earnings)
- Employee contribution 4% and tax relief of 1%
- Cruse Bereavement Support contribution 5%
Annual Leave
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing with length of service (pro rata for part time)
- After 5 years’ service increasing by one day per annum to a maximum of 30 days (pro rata for part time)
- 3 additional days off between Christmas and New Year
