Annual Leave
- 36 days paid holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), pro rata for part-time. Increasing after two completed years by one day per annum to a maximum of 40 days after 5 years’ service (pro-rata for part-time)
- Option to sell annual leave – may choose to sell up to 5 working days of annual leave per
year (pro-rata for part-time) - Birthday Leave – one additional paid day of birthday leave per year to be taken in the
month of your birth - Christmas and New Year Closure – Three paid days off in addition to annual leave between
Christmas and New Year each year. For part-time colleagues’ entitlement is calculated
and applied according to an employee’s contractual working days.
Pension scheme
Stakeholder Pension Scheme
- Total 10% contribution based on qualifying earnings
- Employee contribution 4% and tax relief of 1%
- Cruse Bereavement Support contribution 5%
