What if I need to talk to someone when your office is closed?

Leeds Cruse is not open 24 hours a day, and we are very aware that grief does not follow a neat 9 to 5 pattern.  Some people find that the evenings, during the night or weekends are the most difficult time and sometimes the feelings people experience can be extreme.

The Samaritans offer a 24 hour phone line and you do not have to be suicidal to call them.  The number is free to call 116 123.

More locally, Leeds Survivor Lead Crisis Service also provide a telephone support service for people who feel desperate and in crisis.  Their telephone number is 0113 260 9328 and their website is www.lsics.org.uk
