Bring your HR expertise to shape the future of Cruse
At Cruse, volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. Now we’re looking for an experienced and values-led individual to join our People and Culture Committee as an Independent Member.
In this strategic volunteer role, you’ll support our Trustees with expert insight on HR practices, people strategy, culture, risk, and equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). It’s a unique opportunity to help shape how Cruse supports its people, both staff and volunteers, and to influence meaningful change across our organisation.
Meetings are held quarterly and virtually, lasting 2 hours and with occasional in-person sessions. These meetings take place during the working week.
