We are seeking a highly organised Lead to join our Birmingham Triage Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in taking, managing and processing referrals, ensuring that individuals receive the appropriate care and support services they need.

This position requires excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) attention to detail, and a deep commitment to helping bereaved people in our community. The role will also include providing support across the Midlands region.
The role
This is an exciting time to join Cruse in the Midlands. You will be responsible for managing all types of referrals/contacts into the Birmingham service, managing referral calls from people who are bereaved, potentially supporting volunteers with service delivery and ensuring effective recording and management of relevant systems and processes. You will be supporting the Birmingham Triage Team in scheduling appointment calls, responding to queries from 3rd parties and ensuring our database is kept up to date. You will be expected to support service delivery across the Midlands region and attend some in-person meetings where directed by your line manager. You will be an ambassador for Cruse within the local area.
