You will be the first point of contact within the service for bereaved people, third parties and external organisations. Additionally, you will support volunteers in the delivery of services, allocating clients within the Midlands and be focused on services delivered to Chesterfield and Derbyshire residents.

The role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Chesterfield and Derbyshire service, managing referral calls from people who are bereaved, supporting volunteers with service delivery and ensuring effective recording and management of relevant systems and processes. You will be expected to attend in-person meetings where directed by your line manager and be an ambassador for Cruse within the local area.
