  • Feel free to remain anonymous if you prefer

  • Speak to the counsellor about how you’re feeling

Our chat service is open to everyone over the age of 18.  We’re here to support you no matter your who you are.

CruseChat is run by the grief counsellors at our partners at GriefChat. They can direct you to other Cruse services but are not part of Cruse.
