Regional Administrator – Midlands

You will be the first point of contact within the service for bereaved people, third parties and external organisations. Additionally, you will support volunteers in the delivery of services, allocating clients within the Midlands.

The role

This is an exciting time to join Cruse, where you will be supporting the day-to-day running of several branches within the Midlands- including Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. You will be making calls to clients, managing referral webforms, supporting volunteers with service delivery and ensuring effective recording and management of relevant systems and processes. You will be expected to be an ambassador for Cruse within the region.
