During this difficult time we remain committed to providing bereavement support to all who need it. However the welfare of our clients and volunteers has to be our top priority, and so we have made some changes to how we provide that support:
- our helpline continues to operate as normal. Please call us at any time on 01543 433479 and leave a message. One of our volunteers will return your call.
- one to one support will be provided by telephone, not face to face. If you are already receiving one to one support, we will contact you to let you know how we can continue to support you.
- our Bereavement Help Point meetings (in Burntwood, Lichfield and Pye Green) have been cancelled until further notice.
We will continue to review the situation in line with government advice.
