CruseChat is here to help from 9am - 9pm Monday to Friday.

Is CruseChat free?

CruseChat is a completely free service.

Can anyone use CruseChat?

How does it work?

CruseChat is a third party service provided for Cruse by GriefChat, using specially trained bereavement counsellors. They can direct you to other Cruse services but are not part of Cruse, so if your query concerns a service you are currently receiving, or you want to refer yourself for other Cruse help, please contact your Local Service or call our Freephone Helpline on 0808 808 1677.

What about privacy?

We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. For full information on how your data is handled on CruseChat, you can read GriefChat's Privacy Notice here.

Read about coping with grief in isolation, traumatic bereavement due to the virus, the current situation around funerals and more.
